About QuietBid
QuietBid is a free, private marketplace that matches furniture buyers with sellers willing to meet their price: you find a piece you want at any retailer, tell us the price you would pay, and we privately ask sellers who carry it whether they will accept. You stay anonymous until a seller says yes, and QuietBid is paid a commission by the seller only if a deal closes.
Why we built this
Premium furniture sellers are often willing to move a piece for less than the price on the tag. They just cannot advertise that discount publicly without undercutting their own listings. Buyers, meanwhile, have no easy, private way to simply ask whether a seller would take a fair number.
QuietBid is the quiet channel that connects the two. You name the price you would happily pay, we carry it privately to the sellers who stock that piece, and you get a clear yes or no. No haggling, no public sale, and no awkward back and forth.

- Sellers see only the item SKU, your bid, and the expiration date. Your name is shared only after one accepts and you choose to buy.
- You buy directly from the seller. Warranty, delivery, and returns come from them.

When a seller accepts your price, you buy directly from that seller through their normal secure checkout, and the warranty, delivery, and returns come from them. QuietBid earns a commission from the seller only on a closed deal. It is never added to your price.
