When you place a bid or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, ZIP code, the link to the piece you want, and the price you would pay. If you reach out with a question, we keep your message so we can reply.

We also collect basic technical data, like your browser type and the pages you visit, so the site works properly and we can fix problems.

We use your information only to run the service and tell you the result: to ask sellers privately whether they will meet your price, to email you a yes or a no within 48 hours, and to connect you with a seller if one accepts and you choose to proceed.

We may use your email to answer your questions or to follow up about a bid you placed. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Sellers only ever receive the item SKU, your bid, and the expiration date. They never see your name or contact details while we are asking around.

Your name and contact details are shared with a seller only after that seller accepts your price and you choose to go ahead, since completing the purchase requires it.

We never sell your data. We never charge buyers. We do not share your information with anyone other than the seller you choose to proceed with, except where the law requires it or where a trusted provider helps us operate the site (for example, email delivery) under confidentiality.

We keep your bid and contact details for as long as needed to run the service and to respond to you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages people visit and how they move through the site. It does not use tracking cookies, it does not follow you across other websites, and it is not used to identify you personally.
